The Who is a British rock band formed in London in 1964, consisting of Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle, and Keith Moon (later replaced by Kenney Jones). Known for their explosive live performances and pioneering rock operas, they released landmark albums such as Tommy (1969) and Quadrophenia (1973).
