WICKED, the Broadway musical, tells the story of the Land of Oz from a new angle — long before Dorothy arrives. At its center is a young woman born with emerald-green skin: smart, fiery, and misunderstood, with an extraordinary talent. When she meets an exceptionally popular bubbly blonde, their rivalry gradually becomes an unlikely friendship, until the world labels one of them "good" and the other "wicked."
The show presents the untold story of the Witches of Oz through a wildly inventive narrative. Time Magazine has called it a place where Broadway "really would be a magical place" if every musical had its "brains, heart and courage."
The recommended age for children is 8 and up. Children under 5 are not admitted.
