About the venue
The Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House is a 2,200-seat performing arts venue in the Dallas Arts District, part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Opened in October 2009 and designed by Foster + Partners, it is home to The Dallas Opera and Texas Ballet Theater. The horseshoe-shaped hall hosts opera, ballet, Broadway shows, and concerts, and is renowned for its outstanding acoustics and iconic red-glass facade.
