Shapel Lacey is a stand-up comedian based in Los Angeles, originally from Mesa, Arizona. A former competitive cheerleader and self-described punk rocker, he was dared into trying comedy while cheering at the University of Louisville and dropped out to pursue it full-time. He was selected as a "New Face" at the 2019 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival and now headlines clubs nationwide.
